摘　　要：当前,随着我国高等教育的蓬勃发展,民办学院作为高等院校中的一支新生力量也取得不错的发展成绩。但在快速发展的同时,民办学院也不可避免地产生了一些发展过程中的障碍和问题,这些问题甚至影响到了民办学院的未来发展。本文主要研究我国民办学院发展的障碍,并在此基础上提出其应对策略。At present, along with the vigorous development of China's higher education, private colleges as a new force have good grades in the development of colleges and universities.But in the rapid development at the same time, private colleges have inevitably obstacles and problems in the process of development, these problems even affect the future development of private school.This paper mainly studies the development of China's private college, and puts forward its countermeasures.
