摘　　要：本文从在国内高尔夫的发展和人才现状出发,分析了高尔夫发展前景和人才不足的现状,结合湖南高尔夫旅游职业学院的基本情况,详细阐述了湖南高尔夫旅游职业学院对高尔夫专业人才的培养模式,以期能对该专业的人才培养起到一定的促进和指导借鉴作用。This article from the development and status in domestic golf starting, analyzes the current situation of golf development prospects and a shortage of talent, combined with the basic situation of Hunan golf tourism Career Academy, describes in detail the training mode of professional golf in Hunan golf tourism of Career Academy, hope to promote and guidance the professional personnel training .
