摘　　要：学分制是目前我国高校正在推行的一项教学管理制度,本课题从学分制的内涵出发,立足南通大学学分制学籍管理现状,主要针对学分制学籍管理制度运行带来的机遇与挑战进行分析,并在此基础上提出进一步完善学分制学籍管理制度的一些做法,以期能够建立适应学分制背景下灵活多变的新学籍管理制度。The credit system is a teaching management system in colleges and universities, this topic from the connotation of the credit system of Nantong University, based on the present situation of credit system management, mainly for the challenges and opportunities in the credit system of student status management system operation, and on this basis, further perfect the credit system of school management system, in order to establish the flexible student management system adapt to the credit system.
