摘　　要：造成我国贫富差距过大的原因,主要是由于初次分配中劳动报酬所占的比重过低,因此,我党提出提高劳动报酬在初次分配中的比重,促进我国的社会和谐发展,缓解我国的社会矛盾。然而,要提高初次分配的劳动报酬比重,必须对我国的分配制度进行改革,建立健全科学合理公平的分配结构。The cause of the gap between rich and poor is too large reason is mainly due to the low proportion of labor remuneration in primary distribution, therefore, my party proposed to increase the share of labor remuneration in primary distribution, to promote the harmonious development of China's social, relieve China's social contradictions. However, the initial distribution of the proportion of labor remuneration, to improve must reform our distribution system, establish and improve the scientific and reasonable and fair allocation structure.
