摘　　要：运用文献法、调查法和访谈法,深入研究高校党内激励关怀帮扶机制的构建,概括高校党内激励关怀帮扶机制的理论基础,探讨高校党内激励关怀帮扶机制的重要意义,以及提出建立高校党内激励关怀帮扶长效机制的主要内容与成效。旨在加强高校党内和谐,提高执政能力,并实现高水平大学的奋斗目标。By using the method of documentary, investigation and interview, to study the establishment of the incentive helping mechanism of Party, summarize the theoretical basis of the incentive helping mechanism, discuss the important meaning of the incentive helping mechanism of Party, and propose the main content and effectiveness of incentive mechanism. To strengthen the inner-party harmony, improve the ruling ability, and to achieve the goal of high level university.
