摘　　要：近年来,国家出台了"西部志愿者计划"、"三支一扶计划"、"特岗教师计划"、"大学生村官计划"等基层服务项目,有力促进了大学生就业。但大学生基层就业仍受到诸多因素的制约,如基层就业保障机制不健全、教育体制不完善、思想观念有差距等等,使得大学生在基层"下不去、呆不住、干不好"。因此,要切实发挥政府主导作用、加强就业指导服务、利用媒体公共服务等有利因素,建立基层就业长效机制,深化人才培养模式改革,建立良好基层就业社会评价体系,有效促进大学生基层就业的可持续性发展。In recent years,the state promulgated the 'Western Volunteer Program','Sanzhiyifu plan','special hillock teachers plan','the university student village official plan' and other basic services,to promote the employment of college students.But college students’ employment is restricted by many factors,such as the grass-roots employment protection mechanism is not perfect,the education system is not perfect,there is a gap between the idea and so on,so that students in the grass-roots 'do not go,stay not to live,do not good'.Therefore,to effectively play the leading role of the government,strengthen employment guidance service,using the media public service and other favorable factors,the establishment of long-term mechanism of grassroots employment,deepening the reform of talent cultivation mode,establish good grass-roots employment social evaluation system,effectively promote the sustainable development of based employment for college students.
