摘　　要：高校辅导员制度从其诞生发展至今,其重要性已无人质疑。但长期以来,高校辅导员队伍不稳定、人员流动频繁已成为困扰这支队伍建设的一个共性问题,因为稳定是推进辅导员队伍专业化、职业化、专家化的前提和基础。本文试图借鉴"雷尼尔效应"的启示,对高校辅导员队伍建设,特别是队伍稳定问题提出若干改进意见。The system of university counselors from its birth and development,its importance has not challenged.But for a long time,college counselors’ team is instable,frequent mobility has become a common problem for the team construction,because the stability is the prerequisite and basis to promote the professional,occupation,experts counselor team.This paper tries to use the enlightenment of 'Rainier effect',to propose some suggestions to the university counselor team construction,especially the team stability problems.
