摘　　要：通过分析从高职学生到职员身份间学生存在问题,给出了具体理论指导实践,实践升华到理论方法,培养了学生的专业能力,从而使学生更加自信、从容成为一个职员。Through the analysis of problems in the higher vocational students to staff ID,gives the specific theory to guide practice,practice to theory and method,cultivating students’ professional ability,in order to make students more confident,calm as a clerk.
