大学生社交回避及苦恼与生活事件的关系探究

摘　　要：目的:探索大学生社交回避及苦恼与生活事件的关系。方法:以社交回避及苦恼量表和青少年生活事件量表对郑州市三所高校530名学生进行整群抽样问卷调查。结果:(1)不同性别的大学生社交回避及苦恼总分、生活事件总分存在显著差异(p<0.05),男生高于女生;(2)不同类型高校的学生在生活事件总分上差异显著(p<0.05),军校生高于普通高校学生;(3)生活事件总分与社交回避及苦恼总分、各因子呈现显著正相关。结论:大学生生活事件越多,越容易产生社交苦恼情绪,出现社交回避行为。Objective: To study the relationship between university students’ social avoidance and distress and life events.Methods: Social avoidance and distress scale and life events scale were employed in the research,and 530 undergraduates in three universities in Zhengzhou were sampled as the research objects.Results:(1) the different gender of university students’ social avoidance and distress scores and life events scores different significantly(p < 0.05),male students are higher than the female;(2) different types of university students different significantly on the life events scores(p < 0.05),cadets are higher than the ordinary university students;(3) life events scores are positively related to the social avoidance and distress total score and each factor.Conclusion:More university students’ life events,the more prone to social discomfort mood and social avoidance behaviors.
