摘 要:大学生学校归属感是指大学生能够并愿意把自己看成所在大学的一员,对自己所在大学表现出认同、喜欢、依恋,愿意在该学校学习、生活,并希望自己能被学校及老师同学接纳的一种心理感受。大学生学校归属感对大学生的健康成长和学校的发展都会发挥重大作用。大学生学校归属感的形成主要与学校知名度及学校环境、学校的教学及管理和学生在校的人际关系有关。因此,高校要提高大学生的学校归属感,就应改善学生管理工作,提高管理服务水平;不断提高教学质量,着力完善教学设施;加强校园文化建设,和谐学校人际关系。College students’ sense of school belonging is that students are able and willing to consider himself as a member in university, show identity, love, attachment to their own university, willing to learn and live in the school, and hope that he can be accepted by schools and teachers and students. The development of college students' sense of school belonging play a major role to the healthy growth of the college students and the school. The formation and awareness of college students' sense of school belonging and school environment, school teaching and management and students’ interpersonal relations. Therefore, colleges and universities to improve students' sense of school belonging, should improve student management, improve the management level of service;continuously improve the quality of teaching, to improve teaching facilities;to strengthen the construction of campus culture, harmonious campus interpersonal relationship.
