摘　　要：现代化初期阶段"经济中心"、"科学至上"的消极面导致学校原本不完善的人文教育更趋淡化。辅导员队伍本身的人文素质也不尽如人意,缺乏对学生开展人文素质教育的基本知识和能力,直接影响了大学生的未来发展。在教育呼唤人文回归的背景下,探究如何培养高校辅导员的人文素质有着重要的现实意义。Negative effects of"focusing on economic construction"and"science is supreme"have resulted in the fading of humanistic education. Humanistic qualities of counselors are far less than satisfactory. Counselors lack the fundamental knowledge or the ability to implement humanistic education, which had directly impacted students' future development. Thus, education nowadays requires humanistic regression, and it is of great significance to make a deep research on the cultivation of counselors' humanistic quality.
