摘　　要：辅导员的职业幸福感直接关系到高校学生工作质量和效果,本文以高校辅导员的职业幸福感为视域,探究影响辅导员幸福感的关键因素,在防职业倦怠的理念下为辅导员工作士气激励提供理论依据。The instructor occupation well-being is directly related to the quality and effectiveness of college students, the sense of happiness of college counselors occupation perspective, the key factors of counselors' well-being, and provide a theoretical basis for the work of counselors in prevention of occupation burnout morale concept.
