摘　　要：随着我国改革开放的逐步深入,当今大学生的思想理念、行为特征,心理活动都不同于前些年的大学生们。已经有了很大改变。所以说,要对高校党建工作的方法进行调整。本文首先阐述了目前我国高校党建工作面临的一些问题,然后对如何加强高校党建工作提出了建议。With the gradual deepening of reform and opening up, the ideological concept, behavior, mental activities are different from college students in the previous years. There have been great changes. Therefore, to work on the Party Construction in colleges and universities were adjusted. In this paper, some problems in the current our country university party building work, and then put forward some suggestions on how to strengthen college Party construction work.
