摘　　要：现代企业对人才需求趋向于高素质人才,并对高职院校培养人才方面提出新的要求。高职院校作为培养企业一线岗位人才的输出地肩负着重要的使命。如何让高职人文素质教育更好的为现代企业发展服务是现代企业和高职教育要探讨的重要问题。The modern enterprise demand for talents tend to high quality talents, and put forward new requirements to the talent training in higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational colleges as output training front-line personnel to undertake an important mission. How to make humanistic quality education better serve for the modern enterprise development is an important problem of modern enterprises and higher vocational education.
