发展阳光体育——高校体育教学管理中阳光体育理念的应用

摘　　要：随着时代的变迁,科学技术日新月异,对于高校而言,改进教学目标,完善教学系统,让学校的教学理念紧跟时代的步伐是十分重要的。树立"健康第一"的教学宗旨,将阳光教学理念贯彻到高校教学管理中去。在普及健康教学的同时,加强阳光体育的管理理念,为培养身体素质及聪明才智都极为出色的新时代人才。笔者以高校体育为载体,以阳光体育理念为核心,以促进高校和谐地开展阳光体育运动。With the change of the times, science and technology change rapidly, for universities, improve the teaching target, perfecting the teaching system, make the school teaching idea keep pace with the times is very important. Establish the teaching purpose of"health first", the sun teaching concept is implemented into the teaching management in colleges and universities. In the popularization of health teaching, at the same time, strengthen the management concept of sunshine sports, for the training of physical quality and one's ability and cleverness are excellent in the new era of talent. The author takes college sports as the carrier, the sunlight sports concept as the core, in order to promote the harmonious development of sunshine sports in university.
