雌激素与偏头痛的研究进展

摘　　要：雌激素与偏头痛之间有着密切关系。雌激素水平可能是导致偏头痛发病率性别差异的重要原因。很多研究从流行病学或病理生理的角度探讨了雌激素与偏头痛的关系。从三个方面论述偏头痛机制与雌激素间存在的关系:雌激素可能会通过打乱微量物质的动态平衡引发偏头痛;雌激素受体基因可能会影响偏头痛易感性;雌激素可替代治疗偏头痛。There is a close relationship between female sex hormones and migraine. Estrogen levels may lead to gender differences in the incidence of migraine. Many epidemiological and pathophysiological studies investigate the relationship between estrogen and migraine. This review discusses the mechanisms and related findings regarding estrogen and migraine in three aspects,including the estrogen-induced migraines may be caused by the imbalance in homeostasis of trace substances,the gene of estrogen receptor may influence the susceptibility of migraine and estrogen replacement therapy can be used for migraine.
