摘　　要：文化强国之"强"主要体现在民族性、创新性、普及性、示范性和开放性等特征上。高等教育与文化二者之间存在内在的、必然的联系,高等教育的发展过程本质上就是传承文化、选择文化与创新文化的过程。在建设文化强国的过程中,高等教育应有所作为,在课程设置、人才培养模式、教育理念、国际交流等方面锐意改革,从而促进本国文化的繁荣与进步。The powerful nature of cultural country appears in the nationality, innovation, accessibility, demonstration, and openness. Because the progress of tertiary education is essentially a process of inheriting, selecting and innovating culture, there exists an inherent connection between higher education and culture. During the procedure of building a culture-powerful country, higher education should be keen on reforms of curriculum arrangement, talent training mode, educational idea, and international exchange.
