microRNA在急性心肌梗死患者中早期诊断价值的研究

摘　　要：目的：通过研究急性心肌梗死患者循环microRNA 与心肌三联指标的变化情况，探讨microRNA作为急性心肌梗死早期诊断标记的可能性。方法选择2012年5月至2013年11月深圳市第二人民医院收治的58例急性心肌梗死患者为观察组，同期进行健康体检的58名健康人为对照组，将两组人员的循环microRNA 与心肌三联指标进行检测与比较，并将观察组中不同Killip分级、梗死面积及梗死次数者的上述指标进行比较。结果观察组的循环microRNA各项指标及心肌三联指标均明显高于对照组，而高Killip分级、大面积梗死及再次梗死者则高于其他患者，均P<0.05，差异均有统计学意义。结论急性心肌梗死患者循环microRNA 与心肌三联指标均呈现异常升高的趋势，且不同Killip分级、梗死面积及梗死次数者也存在一定的差异，因此心肌细胞特异性的microRNA可作为一种新的生物标志物用于急性心肌梗死的早期诊断。ObjectiveTo study the change of circulating microRNA and myocardial triple indexes of patients with acute myocardial infarction, investigate the possibility of circulation microRNAs as the biomarkers for the early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.Methods58 patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from November 2011 to February 2013 were selected as observation group,58 healthy personal with health examination at the same time were selected as control group,then the circulating microRNA and myocardial triple indexes of two groups were detected and compared,then those indexes of observation group with different Killp grade,area of infarction and infarction times were compared.ResultsThe circulating microRNA and myocardial triple indexes of observation group were all obvious higher than those of control group,and those indexes of observation group with higher Killp grade, large area of infarction and again infarction were all higher than those of other patients,all P<0.05,there were all significant differences.ConclusionThe circulating microRNA and myocardial triple of patients with acute myocardial infarction shows an abnormal trend of elevation,and those indexes of patients with different Killp grade,area of infarction and infarction times have some differences,so these results suggest that specific microRNA myocardial cells can be used as a new class of biomarkers for early diagnosis of clinical disease.
