摘 要:以壶瓶枣为对象,利用Field Spec3型近红外光谱仪进行采集光谱,分析了扫描次数对鲜枣近红外光谱响应特性的影响。结果表明,样品同一位置扫描1次、3次、6次时,吸光度ΔA值和变异系数CV无显著差异,显著性检验概率分别为0.163、0.453,表明光谱稳定性好。对样品同一位置扫描1次、3次、6次的光谱所建立的硬度定量模型,在6次扫描时,硬度定量模型的决定系数较高,该模型较稳定;同时,不同扫描次数下所建模型预测能力差异不显著,显著性检验概率为0.356。因此,对所采集的光谱建立模型时,应综合考虑影响因素选择较少的扫描次数。In present study,Field Spec3 spectrometer was used to analyze the impact of scanning times on the hardness of fresh Huping jujube with near-infrared spectroscopy.The results indicated that the absorbanceΔA values and coefficient of variation CV were not significantly different between once and 3times or 6times scanning at the same position of the fruit with the p value of 0.163and 0.453,respectively which demonstrated the spectral stability of the model.When testing the quantitative model which were constructed on the data of once,3times and 6times scanning for determining the fruit hardness,the model was more stable at 6times scanning with high determination coefficient.The models constructed with different scanning times weren't statistically different with p value of 0.356.The conclusion was the appropriate scanning frequency should be considered when constructing the model with near-infrared spectroscopy.
