摘　　要：城市轨道交通运营管理专业教学资源库建设主要是为满足地铁站务岗位人才培养需要,为运营专业在校生、教师、企业订单学员和企业员工提供学习交流、专业资源共享共建平台。从运营专业教学资源建设现状入手,分析建设运营专业教学资源库的必要性和紧迫性,同时结合多年的地铁订单培养教学实践,系统分析广州铁路职业技术学院城轨运营专业教学资源库的建设思路、建设内容、建设目标及功能。The construction of teaching resources database of urban rail operation major is to meet the needs of training people,and it provides a platform for the students,teachers,employees and the others to study and communicate with each other.The paper starts with the current situation of teaching resources construction in urban rail operation major,analyzes its urgency and necessity.Combined with the 'order-form training ' teaching experience and the 35 years of accumulation in transport profession,the author systematically analyzes the construction thinking,contents,goal and function of teaching resources database of urban rail operation major in Guangzhou Institute of Railway Technology,which is supported by the central financial support during construction of the module vocational colleges.
