摘  要:本文简单介绍了发电机励磁系统广泛采用的强迫风冷式晶闸管整流装置中晶闸管元件耗散功率的计算方法,并针对不同的风速以及散热器表面的清洁与否进行了对比性试验,根据试验数据细致地分析了风速以及散热器表面污垢对晶闸管散热器热阻的影响,对励磁系统的设计具有重要的指导意义。Forced air-cooled silicon controlled rectifying device is widely applied in generator excitation systems.The calculation method of dissipation power of silicon controlled component in the device is briefly introduced in this paper.Comparative experiments are conducted in the condition of different wind speed and in the condition that the surface of the radiator is clean or not.The influence on thermal resistance of thyristor radiator of wind speed and the dirt in the surface of radiator is analysed in detail,according to the experimental data.The research results provide significant reference for the design of excitation systems.
