摘　　要：目的:探讨18F-FDG显像在甲状腺癌术后复发的鉴别诊断价值。方法:采用18F-脱氧葡萄糖双探头符合线路显像,同机图像融合。结果:18F-FDG显像诊断良、恶性肿块的灵敏度为63.6%,准确性为72.2%,结合TG,灵敏度提高到84.6%,准确性提高至81.0%。结论:18F-FDG显像对甲状腺癌术后复发转移的定性诊断有重要价值。Objective To study the diagnostic value of 18F-FDG imaging in patients with recurrent thyroid cancer.Method We used 18F-FDG molecular coincidence detection(MCD) SPECT imaging,installing imaging fusion.Results The sensitivity of the 18F-FDG imaging in the diagnosis of benign and malignant was 63.3%,the accuracy was 72.2%,and with TG detection,the sensitivity was improved to 84.6%,accuracy was improved to 81%.Conclusion 18F-FDG imaging has great value in qualitative diagnosing in the thyroid cancer recurrence.
