摘 要:研究深裂竹根七总酚酸的体外抗菌活性。方法使用正交设计优化深裂竹根七总酚酸提取工艺,选择4种供试菌考察提取物的抑菌活性。结果深裂竹根七总酚酸的最佳工艺为:20倍量80%乙醇浓度,提取3次,每次1.5 h。总酚酸提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌抑制作用强于其他3种菌。结论深裂竹根七总酚酸提取物具有一定抗菌活性。The total polyphenols extracted from Disporopsis perryi was tested for its in vitro antimicrobial activity in the present study. The total polyphenols extraction process from Disporopsis perryi was optimized by even orthogonal design. The inhibitory effects against four tested strains were evaluated. The optimum extraction technology of total polyphenols was that using 80%ethanol , the amount of which were 20 times of crude drugs , extraction time 1.5 h, 3 times. It presented the best inhibitory effect against Staphylococcus aureus in the four test strain. The extract has antioxidant performance.
