(Euro-pean Organization for Researchand Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire,EORTC QLQ-C30)中文版对其进行生活质量的调查分析。 Objective To investigate the quality of life(QOL) and its influential factors in patients with multiple myeloma,so as to improve the nursing quality. Methods From July to December 2010,46 patients with multiple myeloma were selected to answer the Chinese version of European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire(EORTCQLQ-C30) in Shanghai Changzheng Hospital. Results The overall patient health and functional status(except emotional function) scores were in the middle and lower level and the symptom scores were in the middle and upper level. There was a significant correlation between the QOL score and educational level and stage of treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01)and no significant correlation was detected between the QOL score and gender of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion There are more problems on QOL in patients with multiple myeloma. The overall health and functional status of the majority of patients were affected and associated with symptoms of fatigue, weakness, sleep disorders and pain, which were affected by age, stage of treatment, and education level of patients.Intensive targeted nursing is suggested to improve the QOL of patients.
