微血管减压术治疗53例三叉神经痛临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨微血管减压术在三叉神经痛患者中的应用效果。方法采用微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛患者53例,探讨其临床效果。结果 53例患者中治愈46例(86.8%),显效3例(5.7%),有效2例(3.8%),无效2例(3.8%),总有效率为96.2%(51/53);本组术中确认存在病变血管患者51例(96.2%),其中动脉47例,静脉4例;术后均未发生严重手术并发症及不良反应。结论微血管减压术对三叉神经痛疗效可靠,且较为安全,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical effects of microvascular decompression on patients with trigeminal neuralgia.Methods 53patients with trigeminal neuralgia were treated with microvascular decompression,and the clinical effects were observed.Results The treatment condition of 53cases was 46cured cases(86.8%),3significantly effective cases(5.7%),2 effective cases(3.8%)and 2ineffective cases(3.8%),and the total effective rate was 96.2%;51cases had vascular lesion in 53patients including 47cases of arterial and 4cases of venous;There was no serious surgical complication and adverse reaction occurred.Conclusion Microvascular decompression is safe and effective in patients with trigeminal neuralgia,which is worthy of promotion.
