摘　　要：目的总结内镜辅助下眶上锁孔入路在治疗鞍区肿瘤手术中的应用。方法对39例鞍区肿瘤患者采用内镜辅助下眶上锁孔入路手术治疗,并收集相关临床资料。结果本组39例患者中全切除肿瘤者35例(89.74%),次全切除者4例(10.26%)。术后一过性尿崩5例(12.82%),脑脊液漏1例(2.56%)。术后随访10个月～6a,3例(7.69%)复发。结论内镜辅助经眉弓眶上锁孔入路是处理鞍区肿瘤的理想手术入路。Objective To assess the value of endoscope-assisted supraobital keyhole approach for patients with sellar region tumor.Methods The data of 39patients with endoscope-assisted supraobital keyhole approach were collected and retrospectively analyzed.Results The surgery condition of 39patients was 35cases underwent total resection(89.74%)and 4cases accepted subtotal resection(10.26%);The surgical complications of 39patients were 5cases of temporary diabetes insipidus(12.82%),1cases of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea(2.56%);The follow-up for 10months to 6years showed that 3cases had recurrence(7.69%).Conclusion The endoscope-assisted supraobital keyhole approach for patients with sellar region tumor was an ideal operative route.
