摘　　要：目前湖南农业科技人才管理信息现状已不能适应新农村建设和社会经济发展的要求,本研究探讨利用先进的计算机技术和网络技术建立湖南省农业科技人才管理信息系统,使农业科技人才管理进入信息化轨道,提升管理水平与效率,从而优化人才资源配置,更好地发挥农业科技人才的作用,为湖南省的农业现代化建设服务。At present,the current information system of hunan human resource management for agricultural technological and professional can not meet the needs of new rural development and socio-economic development.This paper intends to explore the use of advanced computer technology and network technology to set Hunan Agricultural Scientific and Technological Talent Management Information System,thus the management of agricultural scientific and technological talent will be informationized to enhance the management level and efficiency,so that allocation of human resources will be optimized and the talents can play better role on implemetation of the agricultural modernization in Hunan Province.
