摘　　要：介绍了一套机器人自动焊接系统的激光辅助示教方法,针对汽轮机空心叶片的焊接坡口特点,设计了图像获取与处理方法,提高了空心叶片机器人焊接系统的智能程度,减少了操作人员的示教工作量,自动化焊接应用效果良好,为空心叶片机器人焊接生产线的工程实施提供了基础。A teach method based on laser-assisted teaching for the robotic welding system is introduced in this paper.It is specially designed for turbine leaf welding,from which the welding groove image capturing and process technology is developed,as to improve system's intelligence and reduce teach work of the operators.This teaching method works well in welding of turbine leaf,providing foundation for the carrying out of robot welding line for turbine leaf.
