摘 要:针对相变材料在单独使用时不易储存、导热率低和相分离等问题,实验采用三聚氰胺/甲醛树脂为壁材、十二醇为芯材,采用原位聚合法制备相变微胶囊.讨论了反应时间、乳化剂用量及芯材比对微胶囊的包覆率及相变潜热的影响.采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)表征了微胶囊的结构,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和热失重分析(TGA)对微胶囊试样的表面形貌、相变潜热及热分解性能进行了研究.实验结果表明:当温度为70℃时,乳化剂相对相变材料质量分数为4.0%,芯材投料质量分数为50%,乳化搅拌速度为3 000r/min.所制备的相变储热微胶囊相变潜热达为64.03J/g,相变温度为25.08℃,热稳定性良好.Phase Change Material (PCM ) was microencapsulated to solve the problems of hard store , low thermal conductivity and phase separation , etc . The microcapsules were prepared by in-situ polymerization ,with melamine-formaldehyde resin and lauryl alcohol as shell and core materials .Effects of reaction time ,the amount of emulsifier and the ratio of core and shell on entrapment efficiency and phase change latent heat were discussed .The structure ,surface morphology ,phase change latent heat and thermal capability of microcapsules were characterized by FT-IR ,SEM ,DSC and TGA .Results showed that when the temperature was 70 ℃ ,dosage of emulsifier was 4 .0% ,weight ratio of core was 50% ;While stirring speed was 3000r/min , the phase change latent heat and temperature of microcapsuels ,with good thermal stability ,were 64 .03J/g and 25 .08 ℃ .
