研究生素质教育探析

摘　　要：当前研究生素质发展现状不容乐观,制约研究生素质教育开展的因素有很多,可以从内因和外因两方面探索研究生教学从应试教育向素质教育转变的途径:一方面,以马斯洛需要层次理论为依托,为研究生实现自我素质教育搭建平台;另一方面,创新素质教育"教"的要素,提高对研究生"教"的有效性。This paper analyses the development status of postgraduate quality,then summarizes the factors restricting the quality of postgraduate education and finally puts forward the way of postgraduate teaching from the examination-oriented education to quality education in terms of internal and external causes. On the one hand,based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,we should establish the self education platform; on the other hand,we should attach importance to ' teaching' in quality education and improve the effectiveness of the ' teaching'.
