摘　　要：个体的创新性学习能力决定着个体所在群体应对社会变化和遭遇突发情况下的生存和繁荣能力,大学生群体作为学习的主力军,对整个社会的学习方式产生着重大影响。基于对上海11所高校1200名大学生的调研,分析了上海高校学生目前学习的典型特征及创新性学习中存在的突出问题,并就如何进一步实现传统型学习向创新性学习转变给出参考性建议。The survival and prosper of communities while confronting emergency and accident depend heavily on individual's capacity of creative learning.Undergraduates are the major force impacting social learning.Based on the questionnaire survey data we made in paper to 1200students from 11universities in Shanghai,this essay analyzes the reason of the remaining existence problem in transition from traditional learning mode to innovative learning mode particularly and provides the reference to tackle the problem in cultivating undergraduates' capacity of creativity learning.
