上海市“体教结合”的经验、问题与对策——以复旦大学中长跑队为例

摘　　要：竞技体育与高校高水平运动队联合培养竞技体育人才拓宽了我国竞技体育人才培养的渠道,对推进我国竞技体育人才培养体制改革,促进我国体育事业的可持续性发展具有重要的意义。通过对上海田径队与复旦大学中长跑队联合培养竞技体育人才模式进行系统研究。结果表明:虽然近几年复旦大学中长跑队在联合培养模式中取得了一定的成功,但因双方战略思想不协调、政策制度不完善以及相关法律法规的缺失使得联合培养模式的功能和优势在实践中并没有完全得到发挥。因此本人在回顾与总结复旦大学中长跑队成功经验及存在问题的基础上提出相应的发展策略,旨在为高校高水平运动队的发展提供理论依据。Competitive sports and high-level sports at university join hands in cultivating competitive sports talents,which broadens the channels of sports talents cultivation in our country and is of great significance to promoting the reform of competitive sports talent cultivation and the sustainable development of sports undertakings in china.This paper looks at the Shanghai track and field team and the middle-long distance running team of Fudan University joint-cultivation model of competitive sports talents.We find that although in recent years the Fudan University middle-distance running team has achieved some success in joint training,disagreement in strategic thoughts,imperfect policies and lack of related laws and regulations have not brought the model into fully play. Corresponding strategies are proposed.
