摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、比较法等,对我国高校"课内外一体化"体育教学的研究文献进行了分类综述,分析了我国高校"课内外一体化"方面的研究现状和趋势,阐述了其研究成果,发现存在的问题,为今后我国高校体育在"课内外一体化"方面的研究提供理论借鉴和依据。This paper reviews research on integration of in-class P. E. teaching and out-of-class physical activity at colleges and universities. It explores the development status and trend of this integration and summarizes achievements made and problems involved. The paper hopes to provide valuable information for further study on integration of in-class P. E. teaching and out-of-class physical activity in future.
