摘 要:高校体育理论课程是学校体育教育工作的重要组成部分,是高等学校培养高质量人才的重要途径。但当前高校体育理论课教学现状普遍存在以下问题:理论课时少、注重概念教学、内容繁多但不系统以致教学效果不理想等问题。这些问题都充分显示不符合社会对人才培养的需求,迫切需要对体育理论课程进行改革。因此,就高校体育理论课程改革提出了一些新的思路和对策,主要是:转变观念,重视体育理论课程教学;教学内容选择切合实际需要;引进新的教学方法与手段;完善考核方法等。PE Theory courses are school physical education an important part of the work is to develop high-quality talent colleges important way. However,the current situation of PE Theory Teaching prevalence of the following problems: Theory fewer hours,focusing on the concept of teaching,content variety,but not the system that issues such as the teaching effect is not ideal. These issues are fully displayed on personnel training does not meet the needs of society,the urgent need for reform of sports theory course. Therefore,the theory of PE curriculum reform put forward some new ideas and measures,mainly: changing concepts,emphasis on sports theory teaching; teaching content selection actual needs; introduction of new teaching methods; improve assessment methods.
