科技创新引领文具产业加快形成自主知识产权产业集群探究

摘　　要：当前,我国文具产品同质化现象较重,造成资源浪费和低水平过度竞争,行业效益低下,具有自主知识产权的产品很少,科技创新意识及品牌创新能力缺乏,也缺乏核心技术,为此,文具产业只有通过科技创新,形成具有自主知识产权的文具产业集群,提高竞争力,应成为我国文具产业未来发展的方向。At present, China's stationery products homogenization phenomenon is serious, resulting in excessive competition, waste of resources and low level, industry benefit is low, the products with independent intellectual property rights is very few, the lack of innovation awareness and brand innovation ability, lack of core technology, therefore, stationery industry only through scientific and technological innovation, enhance the competitiveness of the formation of stationery industry cluster, with independent intellectual property rights, should become the future development of China's stationery industry direction.
