摘　　要：恶性肿瘤的发病率在我国呈明显上升趋势,虽然新的诊断和治疗方法日新月异,但在肿瘤治疗过程中存在相当大的随意性和不规范性。多学科专家组诊疗(multidisciplinary team,MDT)模式已成为肿瘤治疗的模式和发展方向。目前MDT模式还仅建立在发达地区少数医院。作者所在医院从提高医疗质量、保证医疗安全,集中有限的医疗资源为肿瘤患者提供最优化服务的目的出发,尝试着运用MDT模式进行肿瘤治疗。本文结合本单位实践对MDT在军队医院诊疗活动中的应用和前景进行了分析总结,目的为推广MDT模式和规范治疗提供参考。The incidence of malignant tumors in China showed an upward trend.Although new diagnostic and treatment methods developed rapidly,there are considerable arbitrariness and non-normative in the cancer treatment process.Multidisciplinary team has become a standard model and direction of cancer therapy.However,the MDT mode only limits in several developed regions.In order to improve the quality of medical care,to ensure the safety of the medical concentrate limited medical resources for cancer patients optimization services,our military hospital try to use the MDT model tumor treatment.This article summarized MDT military hospital treatment activities and prospects,and provide reference for the purpose of promotion the MDT mode and standard treatment.
