摘 要:基于纳米压痕技术对Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2微晶玻璃超光滑表面进行了纳米压痕实验,通过实验测得微晶玻璃纳米硬度和弹性模量的平均值分别为8.808 GPa和77.65 GPa。采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了微晶玻璃纳米压痕过程的2D轴对称数值模型,通过比较有限元计算所得的载荷-位移曲线和实际纳米压痕试验得到的曲线,反复修正得出材料塑性性能。Nano-indentation tests on super-smooth surface of glass-ceramic in the Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2 system are conducted through Nano-indentation technique. The mean value of nano-hardness and elastic modulus is 8.808 GPa and 77.65 GPa separately. 2D axisymmetric finite element model (FEM) was established for glass-ceramic nano-indentation process with commercial finite element software package ABAQUS. The depth-load curve calculated by FEM was compared with nano-indentation experimental depth-load curve. The material's plastic properties are gained through repeatedly modified the calculated curve obtained from FEM.
