摘　　要：软件研制能力成熟度模型与软件工程是软件过程中密不可分的两个方面。分析两者融合的必要性,提出一种基于软件工程过程的GJB 5000A-2008三级体系构建方法,并以实例说明方法与软件工程过程和软件研制能力成熟度模型的符合性和有效性。The software capability maturity model and software engineering are two inseparable aspects in the software process.This paper analyzes the necessity of their blending,puts forward a kind of construction method for the GJB 5000A—2008 grade-3 system,and explains the congruousness and validity of the method with the software engineering process and software capability maturity model.
