疏离与挫败——认知语境下对《雨中的猫》的指称解读

摘　　要：海明威的《雨中的猫》以有限的言语形式营造了无限的意义空间,文本渲染了一个美国女子的情感世界,没有冗言赘语和主观评述,但却处处流露着一种情感无所归依的疏离感和期待的挫败感。在认知语境下对《雨中的猫》的指称进行解读,会发现其"冰山"理论与Fauconnier的语义空间理论不谋而合。Infinite meanings are created by definite linguistic forms in the Cat in the Rain by Earnest Hemingway, who happens to share the same view by his literary theory of the tip of the iceberg with Fauconnier by his linguistic theory of mental space. It is stated that the deictic expressions functions a lot in the respect by interpreting in a cognitive context.
