摘  要:本文主要研究了蒙药文冠木的挥发油提取工艺.比较了水蒸汽蒸馏(SDE)和超临界CO2萃取技术(SFE-CO2)对文冠木挥发油的提取率,并用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法分析了两种提取物中的挥发油化学成分.结果表明,两种方法中超临界CO2萃取法萃取文冠木挥发油的效果较好.The chemical components of volatile oil from Xanthoscerais Sorbifoliae Bunge was extracted by steam distil-lation extraction(SD)and supercritical fluid CO2extraction(SFE-CO2). The yields of the oil by the two methods were compared, and the chemical components in the oil achieved by different extraction methods were also analyzed by GC-MS. It was found that the method obtained theessential oil from Xanthoscerais Sorbifoliae Bunge with supercritical fluid CO2 extraction had more advantage in two methods.
