摘  要:高校教师教学能力是高等教育质量保障的关键因素,在高等教育面向"内涵式发展"的新阶段,探究高校教师教学能力的提升路径具有重要意义。知识管理的核心是知识共享和知识创新,高校作为知识生产、传播和创新的主要场所,运用知识管理理念和方法提升教师教学能力是必然要求。高校教师应立足于教师个人和教学组织的隐形知识显性化,通过教学经验的社会化和外部化、教学知识的融合化和内部化来促进教学能力的提升。提升高校教师教学能力是一项持续的活动,需要观念渗透、技术支持、组织保障、评价机制等措施来加以保障。University teachers 'teaching ability is a key factor of the Higher Education Quality Assurance .To explore the path of ascen-sion of the university teachers'teaching ability is of great significance in higher education the connotative development -oriented new stage.The core of knowledge management is knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation , colleges and universities as the main place of knowledge production , dissemination and innovation , the use of knowledge management concepts and methods is inevitable require -ment to enhance teachers'teaching ability .The author based on tacit knowledge of university teachers'personal and teaching organiza-tions externalization , to promote the improvement of teaching ability with socialization and externalization of teaching experience , inte-gration and internal of teaching knowledge .In addition ,To enhance the ability of university teaching is an on -going activities , need the concept of infiltration , technical support , security, evaluation mechanisms and other measures to be protected .
