摘　　要：目的建立健康成人情绪图片识别时事件相关电位(ERP)P300的试验方法及正常值。方法对50名健康成人进行5种情绪图片识别的视觉P300测定。结果分析视觉P300基本波形构成,可见健康成人的视觉P300波形较稳定。获得了健康成人在5种情绪状态下C3、C4和O z脑区视觉P300指标的平均值。结论健康成人的视觉P300较为稳定,此正常值可作为研究时的参照。Objective To establish the test method and norm of emotional picture recognition event-related potential (ERP) P300 in healthy adults. Methods Five kinds of emotional picture recognition of visual P 300 were tested in 50 healthy adults. Results The basic visual P300wave form was analyzed, showing that it was more stable and the means of C3, C4 and Oz brain visual P300 were obtained from healthy adults in five kinds of emotional states . Conclusion The visual P300 is stable in healthy adults and its norm can be used as a reference in the future studies .
