摘　　要：目的探讨抑郁症患者听觉P300的特征。方法应用NTS-2000型事件相关电位(ERP)仪,对43例抑郁症患者和50名健康成人进行P300检测。结果与健康成人相比,抑郁症患者C Z点P3潜伏期延迟、P2潜伏期延迟、P3波幅及非靶P2波幅降低。结论 P300是评定抑郁症大脑综合功能的有效工具之一,值得在基层医院推广应用。Objective To explore the characteristic of the auditory P 300 in patients with depressive disorder.Methods By using the NTS-2000 type event-related potential(ERP) instrument,P 300 tests were carried out in 43 patients with depressive disorder and 50 healthy adults.Results Compared with the healthy adults,the patients with depressive disorder showed the changes of the auditory P 300 such as the delayed P 3 latency at C Z spot and P 2 latency as well as the decreased the amplitudes of P 3 and non-target P 2.Conclusion P 300 can be used as one of the effective tools in comprehensive assessment of brain function in depressive disorder,and is worthy of widely using in general hospitals.
