摘　　要：面对严峻的大学生就业形势,提高就业率和就业质量已成为高校工作的重中之重,加强职业指导促进高校毕业生就业工作势在必行,意义重大。目前,高校职业指导存在诸多问题,表现为教育理念落后,人本主义价值理念缺失,个性化、全程化职业指导理念尚未树立和落实,职业指导课程建设不成体系,教师队伍素质不高,职业指导力量整合严重不足。为此,高校职业指导应从树立科学的职业指导理念入手,切实推进、加强各项制度建设,高度整合社会各界力量真正做好大学生就业指导,为促进高校毕业生就业工作的开展提供观念和制度的支持。In the face of the severe employment situation of college graduates, the improvement of the employment rate and quality has become the priority of the college work. Under such a circumstance, strengthening career guidance to promote college graduates' employment is imperative and meaningful. At present, there are many problems in the vocational guidance, such as the outdated educational idea, the absence of Humanistic value, the bare establishment of the individual and whole career guidance, the fragmentation of the course system, the less qualified teachers and the serious lack of the integration of the resources of the vocational guidance. Hence, the career guidance has to start with the scientific idea, practically strengthen the institutional improvement and highly integrate with other social resources to give an ideal and institutional support to promote the employment work of college graduates.
