摘　　要：规模的适度扩张与结构的适时优化是区域高等教育健康发展的重要内涵。文章以对辽宁省普通高等教育规模预测为基础,针对其发展趋势,提出结构调整策略,即引导区域高校合理分层、准确定位;加强人才培养与社会需求结构的适应性调整;加强对资源薄弱地区的支持与政策倾斜;优化学科专业结构;推动不同形式高等教育的有效衔接等。The moderate expansion of the scale and the timely optimization of the structure are the important contents for the healthy development of the regional higher education.This article,based on the prediction of the higher education scale in Liaoning Province,discusses the developing tendency and proposes the strategy of the structural adjustment,that is,direction of the reasonable division of the regional universities,precise position,enhancement of the proper adjustment between the cultivation of talents and the social requirement structure,enhancement of the support and favorable policy for the regions of poor resources,optimization of the academic disciplines and the specialty structure,and promotion of the effective connection of different forms of education.
