摘　　要：新疆南疆地区对维吾尔族木卡姆的电视传播理念和实践方面存在明显差异:县级电视台发展滞后,受公众文化和主流文化冲击,维吾尔木卡姆艺术的电视传播面临生存困扰;市级电视台的传播理念具有开放性,表现在电视节目播出形式多样化,从而促成了广大受众群体对精神与物质追求的双向效益。There are significant differences between TV broadcasting concept and practice on Uygur Muqam in Southern regions of Xinjiang: the development of County TV Station lags behind and suffers the shock by public culture and mainstream culture, the TV broadcasting of Uygur Muqam art faces with the trouble of survival; the broadcasting concept of Municipal TV stations is open, it is expressed by various of broadcast ing forms of TV programs, which contributed to the bidirectional benefits on the pursuit of spirit and material of the audience.
