摘  要:对教师教学水平及其成效,一般由学生、督导、系部以及教研室主任、本专业教师等多个方面对其进行考核、评价,且需要将各方面的定性、定量评价意见综合起来进行评定,因此有必要引进肯德尔W相关系数,以此提出相应的教师教学水平评价方法,确保综合评价结果与各方面评价的高度一致性,从而提高教学水平评价的准确性。Assessment and evaluation of teaching level and effectiveness are generally conducted with integrated opinions from students, supervisor, department, director of the department, and professional teachers and other aspects. Qualitative and quantitative evaluation opinions from all sides are also taken into account. Therefore, the Kendall W correlation coefficient should be introduced so that a scientific method is proposed for teaching level evaluation, to ensure the consistence of comprehensive evaluation and evaluation from all sides, and to improve the accuracy of teaching level evaluation.
