客观结构化临床考试在临床医学专业技能考试中的应用体会

摘　　要：为提高医学生临床实践能力,促进高等医学教育改革,我院在临床医学专业学生的毕业考试中引入多站式客观结构化考核,并对其开展过程、开展状况、存在问题进行深入分析,指出不足及今后的发展方向,为不断完善我院的OSCE考试,提高教育教学水平做出贡献。In order to improve medical students' clinical practice ability,and to promote the reform of higher medical education,our hospital introduced OSCE in the graduation exam of Clinical professional.Making deep analysis of its process,developing status and existing problems of this exam form.And pointing out the deficiency and the future development direction,to the continuous improvement of our OSCE examination,making a contribution to the continuous improvement of our OSCE examination,and improving the level of education.
