摘　　要：IL-23是一种促炎性细胞因子,它与其受体结合后依赖JAK/STAT信号途径发挥其生物学作用,影响T细胞和DC功能.此文就IL-23与病毒性肝炎、自身免疫性肝病及HCC的相关研究进行了综述.Interleukin-23 is a pro-inflammatory cytokine.The biological function of IL-23 after combined with its receptor relies on the JAK/STAT signal way,and affects the T cells and dendritic cells function.The researches on IL-23 and liver diseases,such as viral hepatitis,autoimmune liver diseases and hepatocellular carcinoma are reviewed in this article.
