针刺为主综合治疗周围性面瘫80例临床体会

摘　　要：目的：观察针刺为主综合治疗周围性面瘫的临床效果。方法：针刺、特定电磁波照射、拔罐、推拿综合治疗80例周围性面瘫患者，1个疗程后评价疗效。结果：治愈67例，好转12例，无效1例，总有效率98.75%。结论：针刺为主综合治疗周围性面瘫，明显改善局部微循环，促进神经水肿的吸收和消退，疗效满意。Objective:To observe the clinical effects of peripheral facial paralysis with comprehensive treatment of acupuncture. Methods:Therapy of acupuncture, irradiation of specific electromagnetic wave, cupping and massage was applied in 80 cases of peripheral facial paralysis, the efficacy was evaluated after a courses of treatment. Results:67 cases were cured, 12 cases improved, 1 case ineffective, and the total efficiency was 98.75%. Conclusion:The comprehensive treatment of acupuncture applied in peripheral facial paralysis can obviously improve local microcirculation and pro-mote the absorption and extinction of nerve edema, being of satisfactary efficacy.
